Conor McGregor told to expect visit from drug testers "real soon" after bulking to 190lb
UFC commentator Joe Rogan has jokingly told Conor McGregor to expect a visit from USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency) after bulking to 190lbs.
McGregor has packed on a considerable amount of size since breaking his tibia in his UFC 264 trilogy against Dustin Poirier in July.
The former two-weight champion was limited to weight training for several months as he needed time to allow the damaged leg to heal.
McGregor recently posted pictures of himself in the gym that captured the attention of fans, with the Irishman claiming to be "190lbs of granite".
The pictures also caught the eye of longtime colour commentator Rogan, who jokingly said McGregor should expect a visit from the UFC's anti-doping program.
“That’s him now, super jacked,” Rogan said on a recent episode of his podcast the 'Joe Rogan Experience'.
“USADA is going to take a visit to him real soon. It’s a weird picture. He’s definitely jacked but it looks to me he’s in the middle of lifting.
"If you see a guy’s body in the middle of lifting, it’s a little deceptive. When you lift weights as you do it, like those bodybuilders that go on stage, they all get pumped. But he looks great."
McGregor plans to return to "full MMA sparring" by April and book his next fight shortly after that.
With just one win at 155-pounds since 2016, he finds himself ranked No.9 in the UFC's lightweight rankings.
But this hasn't stopped UFC president Dana White from playing down McGregor's chances of fighting for the lightweight title upon his return to the cage.
It comes after McGregor posted a picture of himself with a UFC belt asking what date he is fighting current champion Charles Oliveira.

And White told ESPN: "If everything goes right with the healing of his leg, he'll be back this summer. I have no idea what the landscape is going to look like by the time he comes back.
"Dustin Poirier could be retired by the time McGregor comes back. I don't know [if he could fight for the title right away when he comes back]. I won't know the answer until it gets closer."
Oliveira admitted he would rather fight McGregor next even if his belt is not on the line, something that has infuriated top contender Justin Gaethje.
McGregor has also been linked to a trilogy fight with Nate Diaz in his UFC return, with the scores between the two rivals at one apiece.
But Diaz played down the fight after challenging McGregor to win some fights before setting up their third encounter.
