Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 has been a pretty good one all things considered. The Greek mythology theme has brought some interesting areas, enemies, and items to the map, while the Avatar Elements event was really cool despite me not being interested in the show it was based off of (although Waterbending was absolutely cracked). And now to finish things off we have another massive Fortnite x Star Wars event to bring things to a close. It was also the season which introduced instrument controllers to Fortnite Festival and farming to Lego Fortnite, so all in all I'd say it's been successful.
But of course, in a game like Fortnite everything must come to an end. And we're rapidly approaching the end of Chapter 5 Season 2. But how long do we have left with the Greek gods? We've got all the details below.
When does Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 end?
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 will come to an end on Friday,May 24 at 7am BST / 2am EDT and Thursday, May 23 at 11pm PDT this info comes from the in-game Battle Pass tab in Fortnite. This means you have just about three weeks left from the time of writing to complete the Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass and unlock the Hades skin at level 100. It's very likely that Fortnite update 29.40 which brought the new Fortnite x Star Wars collab to the game will be the last one before the launch of Chapter 5 Season 3.
